Skills, support, and hope for youth in foster care.

Inspiring hope and successful transitions
to adulthood

Waymark helps youth in Georgia's foster care system successfully transition to adulthood by creating the structure and space for caring volunteers to provide skills, support, and critical relationships. Our quality programming provides youth with a sense of community and support — guiding them to succeed when they make the transition to adulthood.

"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."

(Jeremiah 29:11)

Get Involved & Give Back

Georgia has seen the most dramatic increase in the number of kids in foster care in the past few years … from 7,600 in September 2013 to 14,400 in June 2018. Waymark provides support and skills that help to keep them safe and nurtured, offering a foundation for a successful transition into adulthood. Life-changing impact is possible and starts with just one child.

We believe every youth has a purpose and that our community has a duty to listen and value them throughout their development and into adulthood.

"Working with my mentee has proved more rewarding and beneficial than I even imagined. My teenage mentee gives testimony to how multiple years of attending camp and now the mentoring program has positively affected her life – her relationship with Christ, her outlook, her attitude, her priorities, her relationship with others, and how she views herself. She continues to grow emotionally and spiritually." - Community4Kids mentor

"The staff and counselors make each camper and their families feel so important and loved. We are forever grateful for the experiences and memories you have provided for us." - Leann, Foster Mom

“Royal Family Kids Camp not only provides a camp experience for abused and neglected children, but it provides them with a week filled with fun, fellowship, and positive new experiences and memories.” – Meredith, Bethany Christian Services
