Program Details

Xtreme Journey equips teens and young adults (ages 13+) in foster, adoptive, or relative care with the skills they need to thrive in adulthood.  This skills-training is an integrated part of our Community4Youth mentoring program.

Through engaging Saturday events, participants learn about financial literacy, healthy relationships and boundaries, career prep and exploration, higher education, communication skills, daily living, and self care, all in a supportive, relational environment.

A Career Fair, headshots, mini photo shoot, backpacks, and giveaways are all included in the day for teens.  Trauma-informed training is provided for adults.
